Groups / Group Listing Requests
Last post by SugarD-x - Apr 24, 2021, 12:06 PM
Any group which is requesting to be listed on the forums will need to comply with all community and forum rules, and will need to provide a Server Owner with the following in their request:

  • A logo banner sized 1400 pixels wide by 103 pixels tall. (This may include transparencies to fill in any extra space to meet the dimensions required). This must, at minimum, include the group's name. Logos may also be included at the group's discretion.

  • Two colors, in hex color code format, ranging from darker to lighter for the banner, header, and footer background bars, (similar to the main forum's design). If these are not supplied, the standard forum colors will be used instead.

  • Four logo images each sized 37 pixels wide by 37 pixels tall in the following formats:
    a. Two copies of the standard logo image. The filename of one must be named "on" and the filename of the other must be named "on2". PNG, JPG, or GIF formats and file extensions are acceptable as long as the images are of high quality. Transparencies may also be used.

    b. One copy of the standard logo image in black and white. The filename must be named "off". PNG, JPG, or GIF formats and file extensions are acceptable as long as the images are of high quality. Transparencies may also be used.

    c. One copy of the standard logo image in color, with an upward, right facing arrow over the logo's top, right corner. The filename must be named "redirect". PNG, JPG, or GIF formats and file extensions are acceptable as long as the images are of high quality. Transparencies may also be used. See the image attached to this post for an example.

  • A list of boards and sub-boards requested.

  • A list of forum ranks requested, and any assignments needed to existing forum users, (with links provided to each user's forum profile).

  • A list of which forum ranks from those requested should have moderation rights, and over which boards, (subject to community leadership approval).

If your group desires to contain group status across several of our servers, please contact a Server Owner to discuss your options.

Grand Theft Auto Connected: Roleplay / Division Information
Last post by Vortrex - Apr 14, 2021, 09:09 AM
In-Game Rules

Roleplay/Chat
  • No metagaming (mixing OOC and IC)
  • No powergaming (forcing somebody to do something or using impossible/god-like actions).
  • Roleplay does NOT stop unless a staff member says otherwise.
  • Don't use symbols, emoji, or abbreviations in IC chats.
  • Using names of famous people or characters is not allowed.
  • Profanity is allowed in IC chats but don't go overboard with it. Try to keep it civil.
  • Absolutely no terrorism or extreme violence roleplay.
  • Using non-English languages in IC chat is allowed, as long as you provide a translation in parentheses. Example: ¿Eh, cómo te va? (How's it going?)

Hacking/Cheating
  • Hacks and cheats are strictly forbidden. Using these will lead to instant permaban
  • Do not exploit game mechanics for unfair advantages or unrealistic actions.

Gameplay
  • Do not randomly kill players or NPCs without having a legitimately pre-established IC reason.
  • All items are displayed in chat when taking out or putting away. Do not attempt to bypass this.
  • Any staff members have final say for any situation as long as it's within the scope of their duties.

Weapons
  • All weapons must be mentioned in descriptions when requested. There is NO concealed carry.
  • Because of the items system, only one weapon can be equipped at a time. Do not attempt to bypass this.
  • Do not taze somebody who is carrying a lethal weapon.
