Discord join links don't require your email address. You may be confusing this with Discord's account system requiring an email address to register an account. As for your idea, what do you mean by villager breeding? The game naturally allows villagers to breed under certain conditions. I'm not sure what you're asking for.

Villagers can only breed if they pick up food, which is only possible if /gamerule mobGriefing is set to true.
